We both were staying on the same floor so it was like this funny moment where it was like “okay, have a good one…” Something like this hopefully won’t count by late summer but I’m showing myself grace

Got the fucking number!! Broke the ice by asking her to watch my luggage when I went to the bathroom (“Will you be my bodyguard?”) then 20 minutes later she bantered back! (“Your turn to be the bodyguard”) I further was like “random question are you a student?” Because she was writing in a notebook. Because I was going to an obscure college town, I though if she is too, it’s a sign from God. But we just hit it off. Final line was “would it be weird if we connected?”
